Shipping & Returns
*** At this moment, Stripe is the current method of payment (safe and accepts most major credit cards). Paypal will be available soon. If you need to make a purchase via Paypal, email me at firstname.lastname@example.org, and I will send you an invoice.
All items are carefully packaged and shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) with delivery confirmation. Items are generally shipped within 4-6 business days of receiving payment but due to delivery times with the postal service please allow 12-14 business days for your order to arrive.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so if you would like to purchase insurance please let us know so we can send you an invoice for the additional fee.
Overnight + Rush Delivery
If you would like to have your package sent to you overnight or express, please contact us ahead of time so we are aware of the urgency. You may also note it in your order during checkout. ***notice: an invoice will be sent to you for the additional charges. your order will not ship until the additional fees are paid***
Please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery to international addresses. Camillia Heirloom + Modern is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All international packages are mailed with a proof of mailing via the customs declaration number. Please note not all packages are trackable. If you would like to track your package, please let us know as soon as possible so we may send you an invoice for priority or express international shipping.
VAT, Taxes and Import Fees
Buyer is responsible for all VAT, import fees, and taxes imposed by your country. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.
By placing an order with Camillia Heirloom + Modern, you (the buyer) are responsible for all shipping fees, all applicable customs and import fees, and return shipping to Camillia Heirloom + Modern in the case of a return or exchange. This also applies to any deliveries refused or uncollected by you at time of delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
14 DAY RETURN POLICY for Modern Items purchased (aside from items outlined below as FINAL SALE) are eligible for an exchange or store credit. Please read our Returns Policy carefully and ask all questions before purchasing. You can email us at email@example.com and we will be more than happy to answer your questions as best as we can!
All sales are final for vintage dresses, blouses, jewelry, lingerie, swimwear, and accessories. All items purchased on CLEARANCE/SALE or during a Promotional Sale are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds. If you would like to return/exchange your purchase, contact us prior to your return so we know to expect your shipment.
*** ALL returns/exchanges are subject to a 20% RESTOCK FEE. No exceptions.
*** All returns will be given as store credit or exchange.
*** Store credit will be given for amount of purchase minus 20% restocking fee and shipping costs.
*** Items returned must be in the same condition it was sent. Item must be returned unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
Buyer Responsible for Return Shipping Fees
All shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for lost/stolen/missing parcels you ship back to us. Please insure and get tracking and delivery confirmation for all returns. Buyer also responsible for any other additional fees that may incur outside of Camillia Heirloom + Modern (ie Paypal/credit card fees).
Final Sale Items
All items on SALE/CLEARANCE and purchased during a SALE promotion are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for store credit, refund, or exchange. All LINGERIE, JEWELRY, SWIMWEAR, and ACCESSORIES are FINAL SALE.
